Make "fun" a job

Recently, I feel that I've heard the words "let's make" fun "a job" more often than before. Of course, it's good if you can get a fun job without worrying about relationships. In the digital age. It may be because now that I can work anywhere and anytime. I think that "freedom" is a hidden theme here. Today I would like to touch on such a theme.

If you don't "enjoy" your current job, or if you think you're not happy or successful, you may feel blue and have to change the status quo. .. But before you feel that way, think calmly.

If your hobby is work, you will be able to "enjoy" your work naturally. It's great, but there are still some circumstances that happen because my hobby is work. And I think that people who work as hobbies often work without worrying about time. "Freedom" as well as "responsibility" and "a lot of time" are spent here.

In some cases, you can also "enjoy" a given job. One thing to keep in mind here is that your current job is your own choice. It is my choice to stay there even if my boss / colleague is dissatisfied with the working environment, regardless of the circumstances. I'm sure there are advantages. If so, why not broaden your horizons and change your perspective? If you find an advantage (learning) for yourself in (a part of) the work that you thought was "boring" and "painful", the negatives you had so far may be replaced by positives. Also, finding your own "freedom" in a given "work", that is, finding a part that you can adjust yourself, is one of them. The feeling that you are able to adjust your work will increase your enjoyment of that work.

Those who are still dissatisfied with their current job. Write down your strengths and weaknesses, what is important to your life, and your vision. Reality aside, ideals are fine. And imagine you now, 70 years old. Write down the milestones from now until you turn 70. How is it, have you seen a little ahead? Is there anything on that line that could be connected to your current job? What do you say to you now, 70 years old?

If you still don't feel comfortable, or if you can't feel the progress even if you think alone, please join us at our event. You are not the only one who is worried, and I'm sure you will discover something by sharing it with the members.
